An Overview
Algae Enterprises was formed to develop enabling technologies for the enhancement of current algae growth systems to maximise their level of commercial feasibility as a viable biofuel source.
We have patent pending technology that enhances wavelengths of natural sunlight most useful for photosynthesis in algae growth and light distribution to grow deeper and more concentrated algal suspensions.
Dr Alex Falber Algae Enterprises CTO and Peter Rubinstein CEO, recently attended the BioEnergy Australia conference in Queensland with a view to understanding the landscape of Australia's Bioenergy participants.
It was interesting to note that the vast majority of participants were from either Government or Academia with Algae Enterprises being one of the few commercial participants.
Professor Borowitzka one of the leading Algae authorities in Australia ran the Algae related stream with lively discussion throughout!
